"No More Fodos!"
He's had enough of being photographed for today. (026/365)
Statue by Hans Arkeveld.
For some reason the statue from this side reminds me of a vulture.

This is one of those yellow armpitted cockatoos (technical term. lol)

This tree is covered with bees at the moment, none of whom seemed to mind me standing in their midst.

Hillarys Beach, Sunday 6 January 2008
Usually I would head down to the beach on January 1 to take a photo of my foot. Today I was asked why. There is no why.
This is my right foot. The foot I had issues with all year. According to Chinese thingies the place on my foot that is injured correlates to "work and men". lol. Me? Have problems with work? lol. Or men? lmao.

So this pic made the cut according to the flickr Explore thingie which is apparently based on "interestingness" as distinct from "beautifullness".
I have so much to learn about photography. I see this pic as a photo of my sons foot but not his gorgeous face.
Today I attempted to photograph my new toothbrush holder for the second day running. Again the photos didn't work so I turned to the hallway clock instead. It was after about 85 shots I realised it would be easier to photograph the dragonfly short hand if I took the batteries out! lol. In the end I've gone with one of the "live" shots. And I've had a fidget to remove the colour. (PS Yes, the dragonfly is missing its left wings. I took the clock down to clean it and broke the wings. ) (PPS It would have been easier to photograph the clock on the bathroom bench where I cleaned the clock but I put it back on the wall, above head height, with the running battery. Live and learn! lol)

I was attempting to photograph my new toothbrush holder but that fell through. Or rather the light through my window wouldn't behave. It was a different story in the dining room.

Praise the deity of your choice! This it the picture for which I set up my flickr account. I've just spent four days trawling through my discs to find it. Finally, here she is. :collapse:
These walking sandals have been through NSW, VIC, and WA. I love them so much I have sandal induced suntan shapes on the tops of both feet. The only time I stopped wearing them is when I broke my foot (from walking too much) and the cross straps were in just the right spot to be uncomfortable.
